Spirit Rock is a site on the Bruce Trail, between Wiarton and Colpoys Bay. We pass it almost every day on our way to or from Wiarton. Today we took time to revisit. It contains some old ruins and a steel spiral stairway down the Niagara Escarpment to the forest and beach below.
