Monday gave little chance for getting out rain and crowded roads as long weekend holiday makers returned home south to Toronto, clogging main roads.
Tuesday - first day of the new school term (& year).
A visit to Keady Markets was a must - if only for this sweetcorn - as fresh as you can get it and cheap.(Especially when Beth forgot to pay this most obliging farmer and went back to pay him.)
