Day 8 (Tuesday) - Huntsville to Wiarton

We left Huntsville in dense fog that persisted on until Orillia.

We had remembered Orillia as a gracious city on a large lake - True, even in foggy conditions.

We wanted to see Barrie but found it large and not all that attractive, but having a quaint old main street.

Collingwood is an old port and railway town that is reinventing itself with an excellent visitor centre (in the old railway station) and new up-market residential development around the old dock..

Owen Sound will be a regular visiting spot for some of our shopping during the next month.
We called in at Indian Falls on the outskirts of the town for a walk and reminder of them.
